GIS COORDINATOR
DEFINITIONUnder limited supervision, provides Geographic Information Systems (GIS) leadership by coordinating activities and providing oversight for GIS activities for all City departments. The GIS Coordinator role is responsible for providing technical expertise and supervision of day-to-day implementation and operation of the GIS in alignment with organizational objectives. The GIS Coordinator is responsible for coordinating GIS activities, working with and coordinating the work of GIS vendors, planning and organizing system development, and other GIS management activities.
