Risk Management
The City of Turlock's goal is to effectively prevent, control, and minimize the City's financial risk while providing optimum services to the City's employees through the centralized administration of healthcare, safety, loss control, employee benefits, and other risk management programs. Risks are mitigated by having programs, policies, and training in place to promote safety and well being for City employees by designing training and educational programs to reduce employee injuries.Additional risk management programs and policies are maintained by the City with respect to public liability, City property, etc.
