City Project #18-69 - Surface Water Distribution System Improvements
The Project consists of constructing a 2.3 million gallon concrete tank, 12 million gallon per day pump station and building, detention basin and storm water pump station, 12,000 linear feet of 16-inch to 54-inch diameter potable water pipeline and appurtenances, 2,500 linear feet of 15-inch storm drain pipeline and manholes, three pressure reducing valve vaults, pavement improvements, associated grading, structural mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment, and all work necessary to provide a complete and operational facility. A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m., local time on Wednesday June 16, 2021 through a video conference and a second pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m., local time on Monday June 28, 2021 through a video conference. The pre-bid conference is mandatory and a bidder who fails to attend a pre-bid conference may be disqualified from bidding. Bidders only need to attend one pre-bid conference. Contractor: Mountain Cascade
Traffic Delays: Pipeline construction will include Zeering Road from Quincy Road to Wellington, Quincy Road from Zeering Road to Sebastian, Monte Vista Ave. from Quincy to Berkeley. Lane closures will be in effect for work on Monte Vista Ave. and Zeering Road. Road closures will be in effect for Quincy Road (local traffic only). In addition, the Stanislaus Regional Water Authority (SRWA) will be installing pipeline to the City's terminal tank site on Berkeley Road (north of City limits), on E. Taylor Road between Berkeley and Quincy, and on Quincy Rd. to the City's terminal tank site located at 3500 N. Quincy Road. City Project #20-032 - Chemical System Upgrades Project at RWQCF
The Project consists of constructing the following components at the Regional Water Quality Control Facility: 1. Demolition of the existing Chlorine Gas disinfection system. 2. Installation of a new Sodium Hypochlorite disinfection system. 3. Demolition and installation of a new Coagulant chemical system. 4. Demolition and installation of a new Dechlorination system. 5. Additions and modifications to yard piping system. 6. Additions and modifications to electrical systems. 7. Additions and modifications to instrumentation systems. 8. Repair and reconstruction to existing facilities affected by the work and all work necessary to render the facility complete and operational.Construction Duration: Work for the following project is schedule to begin on or about Monday, June 6, 2022 and estimated to complete on or around Friday, October 4, 2024.

City Project #19-51B - Columbia Pool Improvements
The work consists, in general of: Install pool, pool chemical and mechanical equipment, pool piping, pool decking, earthwork and grading, flatwork concrete, construct a chemical and mechanical building shell, prepare base and coordinate with Public Restroom Company building installation, paving, CMU wall, steel fencing, safety lighting, water services, fire hydrant assembly, storm drain improvements, sewer lines, cleanouts, and manholes, gas line, arbors, benches, drinking fountains, landscaping and irrigation improvements, and other associated work.Construction Duration: Work for the following project is schedule to begin on or about Wednesday, January 3, 2024 and estimated to complete on or around Monday, September 30, 2024.

City Project #21-033 - Slurry Seals 2023
The work consists, in general of: Temporary traffic control, removal of existing striping and markings, crack treatment, grinding of asphalt concrete at pedestrian curb ramp openings, placing Type II slurry seal, install temporary striping and markers, installing thermoplastic striping, markings, and markers, street sweeping and other associated work.Construction Duration: Work for the following project is schedule to begin on or about Monday, April 8, 2024 and estimated to complete on or around Thursday, August 1, 2024.

Traffic Delays: There will be temporary road closures during the application of slurry seal. Residents, delivery trucks, and garbage trucks will always have access to the affected streets during construction except when slurry seal is being applied and for a few hours after placement to allow for curing. Contractor will notify residents prior to starting specific work which will impact access to homes.

City Project #19-48 - Sewer Replacement in Alley
In general, the work consists of removing 384 LF of 6” VCP and replacing it with 8” PVC SDR-26, connecting sewer service laterals, utility trenching, trench patching, modifying manhole bases to match inverts, cutting and capping sewer laterals, constructing a valley gutter, an alley approach, CCTV inspection, a sewer bypass system and other associated work. The work includes all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and any incidentals needed to perform the improvements as shown on the contract plans.Construction Duration: Work for the following project is schedule to begin on or about Friday, April 26, 2024 and estimated to complete on or around Monday, September 9, 2024.

City Project #18-67 - Water Main and Sewer Replacement - 2023
The work consists, in general of: Installing approximately 9,200 LF of 8-inch C900 water mains, water service laterals, approximately 700 LF of 8-inch C900 sewer mains, sanitary sewer services, 48-inch diameter manholes, drainage inlet catch basins with complete bubble up system, trench patching, curb return pedestrian ramps, road resurfacing and furnishing all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and incidentals needed to perform the improvements as shown on the contract plans complete and in place. This work shall be completed in accordance with the current City Standard Specifications, Drawings, Errata 1 and these Special Provisions.Construction Duration: Work for the following project is schedule to begin on or about Thursday, October 12, 2023 and estimated to complete on or around Friday, August 9, 2024.

City Project #23-040 - Water Line Replacement for 2024 Roads Program
The work consists, in general of: installing 5,417 lineal feet of new PVC water main pipe, new water service laterals to customers along the alignment of the new water main pipe, abandoning the existing water main pipe in place, restoring the trenches, and other associated work. The work includes all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and any incidentals needed to perform the improvements as shown on the contract plans.Construction Duration: Work for the following project is schedule to begin on or about Monday, July 22, 2024 and estimated to complete on or around Tuesday, December 31, 2024.
